1. Subscription & Setup Fees

  • All setup fees are non-refundable once the project has been initiated
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable after activation

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel services anytime
  • No refunds will be provided for unused periods

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Service has not been initiated
  • Duplicate payment has been made
  • Technical issues from our side prevent service delivery

4. Third-Party Services

  • No refunds for flight, hotel, or other bookings processed through APIs
  • Refunds for such services are subject to respective supplier policies

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
