1. Subscription & Setup Fees
- All setup fees are non-refundable once the project has been initiated
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after activation
2. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel services anytime
- No refunds will be provided for unused periods
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Service has not been initiated
- Duplicate payment has been made
- Technical issues from our side prevent service delivery
4. Third-Party Services
- No refunds for flight, hotel, or other bookings processed through APIs
- Refunds for such services are subject to respective supplier policies
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
